The New Year is starting off on the right foot for Hawaii Basketball players. The Kaimuki Co-Ed League started on January 4th with great success. 4 new teams were inserted to challenge perennial contenders H.B.C. Green, C-Dogg, Juice, and Paragon. The Pearl City open mens league starts on January 5th with the best players in Hawaii ready to square off to see who will start the new year with the first major Championship. Hawaiis Chosen Few and Team 96792 were the only teams to win open titles last year but strong competition from both local and military teams promise to make every season a challenge.
